An Ironman veteran, Tim was introduced to triathlon over a decade ago.  Since then, he has trained, raced, and studied in order to share his passion for the multisport lifestyle.  With his certifications as a health & fitness professional from National Academy of Sports Medicine, and USA Triathlon, he can bring his experiences and training to you.  Whether you want a personal best in your next triathlon or to shed a few pounds, Tim will work with you to achieve the results you desire with the most innovative exercise techniques and proper nutrition. His goal is to empower individuals to achieve a higher level of overall health & fitness through personalized individual and group training programs.

Mike White created Folsom Lake Multisport to help multisport and endurance athletes pursue their passion.  By providing customized training solutions that target the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects of endurance sports, Mike believes that his athletes are able to greatly improve their performance, while becoming more mindful and self-aware as they progress along their training journey.



Accessible, respectful and experienced coaching is my commitment to you. My approach is simply, I train each person as an individual. Clients benefit from a focus on core strength, body composition, and sound nutrition. I enjoy and have experience training all fitness levels from beginner to elite athletes. I am a life-long student of sport, exercise, body mechanics and nutrition. I believe in an individualistic approach to program design and my goal is to make every journey a fun, exciting, and successful endeavor for each client.
